Study abroad is an important part of undergraduate education. Students who take courses in another country prepare themselves for employment in on global business, and improve ¬their credentials for a future international career. Students can study abroad during the summer or an entire semester without losing time toward graduation.
The Business Law faculty offer a faculty-led summer abroad program in London. Led by Professor Robert Bird, this Summer Business in London program enables students to obtain nine credits in eight weeks. Students will also complete an internship during the summer with a company in London. A short video about one student’s experiences in the program is available on the school of business undergraduate programs webpage. More information about this program is available at UConn’s Experiential Global Learning.
