Key philosophies of ethics and social responsibility are examined through the lens of stakeholder analysis and other analytical tools. Examination of the institutional foundations of law including court systems, court procedures, and constitutional law. The application of law to shape the legal environment of business through government regulation and legal liability is examined through exploration of tort and product liability, worker protection, and business organization law.
